EHC Network Specialist
Purpose of the role
In this international role, the candidate is responsible for maintaining WAN/LAN & VPN networks, on-prem and cloud firewalls. The candidate will actively participate in network-related changes, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business needs, cost, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the stability of network services, resolving incidents, and providing core infrastructure solutions for new business requirements. The candidate will standardize and optimize network services on regional and EHC levels and support VoIP and Unified Communication technology for performance optimization and issue resolution.

Here’s what you will do:
- Work closely with Infrastructure, cloud platform engineering, application support, and service teams to ensure all incidents and problems are solved within the agreed SLA;
- Responsible for leading and coordinating the network-related incidents and provide regular updates to business & IT managers;
- Responsible for support the fixing of Network and VoIP related incidents and strong cooperation with 3rd party on it;
- Cooperate with other infrastructure teams, especially with Infra Architects and CPE teams to deliver agreed projects and tasks which support the overall infrastructure strategy;
- Work together with other Infrastructure teams for delivering business continuity as part of disaster recovery on IT infrastructure level;
- Responsible for providing WAN & LAN network solutions to support business needs and new projects;
- Responsible for maintaining IPF’s Firewalls, VPNs and Cisco ISE solution;
- Responsible for the performance and monitoring/reporting of network services both on a regional & EHC level;
- Responsible for following ITIL processes in the relevant Infrastructure domain;
- Ensure business acceptable service standards and SLAs/availability are provided as it was agreed;
- Responsible for working together with multiple vendors / 3rd parties and internal teams to fix any issues with network infrastructure components;
- Participate in the relevant technical forums of Infrastructure Team (CAB, ICT ARB, etc.);
- Support different business and infrastructure teams during internal and external audits;
- Responsible for maintaining the network-related licenses and inventory systems;
- Come up with a suggestion about technologies or solutions in the relevant IT infrastructure that could enable business growth and improve IPF’s productivity;
- Support the implementation and configuration of IPF’s collaboration tools;
- Support projects and troubleshooting related to Contact Centre and VoIP services;
Provide on-call support for P1 incidents based a monthly rotation for out of office hours and weekends.

What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- CCNA or equivalent level of network knowledge;
- Practical knowledge of ITIL “Service Foundation” level;
- At least 3 years of experience in Network operations;
- Maintain of IT Infrastructure services;
- Participating the implementation of network services;
- Participating in IT projects and work together with project teams;
- Experience with working in a international, multi-vendor environment;
- Experience with firewall management, and collaboration solutions is an advantage;
- Experience with AWS network related components (VPC, EC2, load balancing, route 53) is an advantage.
We would be impressed if you have:
- Deep understanding of WAN technologies (MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN)
- Deep understanding of LAN technologies (switches, APs)
- Deep understanding of network maintenance
- Good understanding of IP / routing protocols, VLANs, VPN tunnels, DHCP and DNS
- Good understanding of firewalling concepts, VPNs and Cisco ISE.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies
- Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure, security and collaboration solutions
- Good understanding of the IT industry trends
- Practical knowledge of network troubleshooting, and handling ticketing systems
