Incentives Business Partner
We at Provident Financial IFN are looking for a Incentives Business Partner responsible for implementation reward programs and policies, act as subject matter expert and partnering with the HR BPs on Variable Pay and Recognition topics
What you’ll do in C&B department:
Driving performance and motivation within the organization by designing, implementing, and managing effective incentive programs.
Leveraging data analytics to accurately predict performance outcomes and associated payouts, while also collaborating with finance teams to ensure alignment with budgeting and forecasting objectives for incentive programs.
Designing incentive programs tailored to specific roles, teams, or departments and determine appropriate incentive structures, including rewards, recognition, and performance metrics.
Monitoring programs performance and analyze effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics by continuously refine incentive programs based on feedback and performance data.
Act as subject matter expert and collaborate with all departments to ensure alignment of incentives with overall business strategy (e.g. Sales, CSC, Sales Performance, MI etc.)
Develops, updates, implements and communicates all policies and procedures related to the variable pay and recognition matters.
Generates regular reports and analysis on the effectiveness of incentive programs, present findings to senior management and make recommendations for program enhancements.
Supports the company's budgeting and forecasting process by offering analyzes and predictions on variable payment systems;
Coordinates or participates as a resource in the human resources projects in order for the results to meet the objectives, to be delivered on time and within budget
What we need from you:
strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align incentives with business objectives
Ability to apply knowledge of compensation and benefits systems and related fiscal provisions in order to evaluate costs and efficiency of the rewards package and recommend changes for appropriate compensation;
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Strong communication skills (both in English and Romanian), including the ability to speak and write clearly, succinctly and persuasively for a variety of audiences;
Minimum 1 year experience in Provident
