Are you an experienced professional in credit risk systems with a passion for leadership and innovation? Do you have a knack for aligning and optimizing credit risk assessment systems across multiple markets? We are looking for a Credit Risk Systems Manager to join our European Home Credit team!

As the European Credit Risk Systems Manager, you will:

• Oversee the maintenance and development of our credit risk systems, ensuring governance, quality, and alignment across EHC’s lending operations
• Manage a talented team while collaborating with internal and external partners to shape the future of our credit risk systems across Europe

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the EHC credit risk systems competence center, ensuring systems are optimized for efficiency and accuracy
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of credit application evaluation systems used in lending operations
• Manage system changes and upgrades, ensuring they are well-governed, high-quality, and strategically aligned
• Work with internal and external IT partners to define development directions for the IPF Group's credit risk systems
• Implement and parameterize the lending system with any changes approved within the Local Credit Committee or EHC Credit Committee
• Use and maintenance of EHC credit application evaluation systems used during lending activity in EHC
  
• Guide a talented team, fostering growth through mentorship, performance reviews, and recruitment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with application implementation and changes in credit risk systems, including database design, WebService architecture, and system communication
• Strong knowledge of Home Credit business model
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong qualitative and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights
  
• Exceptional credit systems qualitative and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and distill actionable insights
