Main purpose of job
Your role serves as the central management point for the UX/UI backlog across EHC markets. You will defining and prioritizing UX/UI developments for websites and mobile applications, ensuring efforts are aligned with high business strategy, and eliminating pain points at digital touchpoints to drive revenue. You'll leverage customer insights, brand identity, and design principles, while managing relationships with ContentSquare and leading a team of UX/UI analysts. You will collaborate with business, marketing, and local stakeholders, what is crucial to align on UX/UI needs and expectations on local markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the UX/UI backlog across EHC markets - one major website enhancement per year in markets (in the future in the customer app) & ongoing smaller improvements in subsequent phases and already optimized markets
- Define and prioritize UX/UI developments based on business impact, customer pain points, and strategic goals.
- Use a data-driven approach (analytics, customer feedback, A/B testing) to determine priorities.
- Regularly communicate backlog updates and changes to key stakeholders.
- Ensure UX/UI initiatives align with broader business and digital strategy.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to integrate UX/UI into the overall roadmap.
- Advocate for a user-centric approach in decision-making.
- Ensure consistency in UX/UI across different digital touchpoints (web & mobile).
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and pain points using tools like ContentSquare, Google Analytics, and user testing (AB testing)
- Translate insights into actionable UX/UI improvements.
- Run usability tests, surveys, and A/B tests to validate changes.
- Work closely with regional and local teams to align UX/UI needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for UX/UI discussions across markets.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and align priorities.
- Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI analysts.
- Provide guidance on best practices, methodologies, and design principles.
- Manage the relationship with ContentSquare, ensuring the tool is effectively used to drive insights.
- Oversee UX/UI implementation in partnership with developers and designers.
- Monitor the performance of UX/UI changes and iterate based on data.
- Document UX/UI standards and best practices for consistency.

What We’re Looking For:
- Over 5 years of experience in UX research and design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio focused on user-centered digital interfaces, preferably within the financial services sector;
- Proficiency in industry-standard UX tools such as ContentSquare, Figma, Hotjar, and Optimal Workshop;
- Skilled in synthesizing UX research, data analytics and customer insights to inform design decisions;
- Extensive project management expertise within Agile/Scrum environments;
- Proven ability to initiate and lead transformative change across teams or processes;
- Comfortable and effective in collaborating with senior and executive-level stakeholders;
