Digital Sales Strategy Analyst
Purpose of the role
Managing operational aspects of digital loan sales through the online channel of Provident Financial Romania to achieve budgeted volumes.

Here’s what you will do:
• Reporting and interpreting data from recurring analyses and presenting key insights to the management team.
• Ensuring data accuracy for reporting, recording, and implementing sales-related information and processes.
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support sales initiatives proposed by the Digital Channel Manager or Process Development Specialist.
• Recommending process improvements to the Digital Channel Manager or Process Development Specialist by providing insights into process efficiency and alignment with budgeted volumes.
• Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to support business decision-making and enhance the overall digital sales flow, with a focus on sales optimization within the digital channel.
• Utilizing virtual machines to extract data and generate reports efficiently.

What we expect from you:
• Understanding Sales Projects and digital Implementation area.
• Understands the business sales processes.
• Experience working with the digital business in a different environments.
• Experience with coordinating complex tasks and cooperation with internal and external customers.
• Basics of Customers purchasing behavior/decisioning
• Proactive and good interpersonal skills to deal with other complex areas
