Employee Relations Specialist
We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist who understands that HR is not just about documents, but about people, trust, and doing things right.
A professional who combines solid labor law knowledge with clarity, structure, and empathy in everyday interactions.
What will you do?
First of all, you will complete our team. Not just as a headcount, but through expertise, accuracy, and the ability to bring structure and confidence into HR processes.
You will not do everything alone – we work collaboratively, support each other, and build sustainable solutions together.
In this role, you will:
Manage employee administration end-to-end: hiring documents, contract amendments, terminations, certificates, archiving, and data accuracy across HR systems
Ensure legal compliance and liaise with public institutions (e.g. Labor Inspectorate), while respecting labor legislation and data confidentiality
Provide hands-on support to employees and managers, offering clear guidance on HR procedures, policies, onboarding, and employee relations topics
Prepare HR reports and collaborate closely with Payroll: timekeeping validation, salary-related inputs, meal vouchers, and monthly checks
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, including global process alignment and collaboration with Global Process Owners
Support disciplinary processes, ensuring correct documentation, compliant procedures, and professional communication
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources or a related field)
3–5 years of experience in HR Administration / Employee Relations / Labor Relations
Strong knowledge of labor legislation; Labor Relations certification is a strong advantage
Experience working with HR databases and SAP
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Detail-oriented, accurate, and structured in everything you do
Clear, empathetic communicator with a solution-oriented mindset
Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Analytical thinker, comfortable handling sensitive situations with professionalism
Why join us?
Because this is a role with real impact on employee experience.
You will be part of a collaborative HR team, with space to contribute, improve processes, and influence how Employee Relations is done – not just follow procedures.
What’s in it for you?
Annual bonus (depending on the business and individual performance)
A medical subscription to one of our medical partners, Regina Maria or Medicover
Meal vouchers of 30 lei per voucher
Possibility to work in a hybrid system
