HR Business Partner
Role overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic HR Business Partner to collaborate with our leadership team and support our employees' growth and development. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet our business objectives.
Role description

If you choose to become Providentist, you’ll come to a diverse environment and you even will have virtual colleagues; you will meet our robots Arya, Ema, Jorah and Dora who have taken over and optimized several repetitive tasks in Human Resources, Finance or Credit Risk. They haven't taken though all the responsibilities and that's why we need your expertise and knowledge.
Here's what you'll do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR matters and strategic planning
- Partner with department heads to identify and address HR needs, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation or performance management
- Develop and implement HR programs to improve the workplace experience, boost morale and enhance retention rates
- Lead talent acquisition efforts and act as an advisor for hiring managers and for the talent acquisition team in attracting the best candidates
- Support the talent development and succession planning programs to identify and nurture high-potentials employees for leadership roles within the organization
- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers to enhance leadership skills and drive organizational success
- Support employees on various HR-related topics and facilitate communication and expertise from the HR centers of excellence
- Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and development, analysing trends in order to meet proactively the upcoming issues

- Excellent knowledge of HR processes and the role they have in achieving the company’s objectives
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
- Ability to persuade and motivate others
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
