Our Internal Communication Manager brings clarity to internal messages through a coherent strategy, creatively aligned with the objectives of each relevant department, while promoting a culture focused on transparency and collaboration.
Role description

They haven't taken though all the responsibilities and that's why we need your expertise and knowledge.
Here's what you'll do:
- Develop and implement the internal communication strategy to ensure clear, coherent, and effective messaging.
- Coordinate and manage internal communication projects and campaigns, both local and international, designed at the Group level.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal communication channels and strategies.
- Facilitate the exchange of best practices among teams to enhance the consistency of communications across the IPF Group.
- Review and update the available communication resources and channels.

What we want from you:
- Knowledge of internal communication strategies and effective use of digital communication channels.
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and internal processes.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, internal social media platforms).
- Vendor management: Experience in collaborating with PR agencies or service providers.
- Team spirit: Effective collaboration with all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly to organizational changes.
- Persuasion: Skills to influence and mobilize employees for active participation in internal initiatives.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in internal communication, with measurable results in improving engagement and communication flows.
- Experience in organizing events and internal campaigns.
- Experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies in medium or large companies.
- Interdepartmental collaboration and managing relationships with leadership teams to support strategic initiatives.
